Shipment Confirmations
All of our packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Tracking confirmation numbers are provided for all orders. Emails with the following are sent: order confirmation, shipment confirmation, out for delivery confirmation and delivered confirmation. Please check your emails thoroughly and plan accordingly to receive your shipment.
Signature Requirements
We currently do not require a signature upon delivery for our shipments. If you want to require a signature for delivery there is a $15 fee. You must choose this option during checkout.
Delayed Packages
Many carriers are delayed due to very high parcel volumes, and as a result some packages may arrive a few days later than the estimated date we give you when we ship your order. We work diligently to ship your orders on time – and even earlier whenever possible, to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. That being said, there are carrier circumstances that are out of our control and Best of Times is not responsible for packages delayed solely by the carrier.
Lost Packages
If a required signature option is not paid for during checkout, Best of Times is not responsible for any missing or lost packages once our official carrier confirms the package as delivered.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
